Choosing the right lanyard for your company

Many companies use lanyards as marketing giveaways, corporate gifts, promotional premiums to further strengthen their image or identification during exhibitions or corporate events. Employees also find these lanyards as
very useful tools to hook on to corporate ID card holders.

Lanyards are mainly made of two common materials, polyester or nylon. Both materials are equally attractive and economical. The main difference lies with the type of printing which is dependent on company logo. Polyester lanyards are suitable for heat transfer. This method of printing allows sophisticated logo with color gradient to be printed onto the lanyard. On the other hand, nylon lanyards mainly use silkscreen printing as mode of logo imprint. Such printing method usually is catered for logos with solid colors.

Of course, nylon and polyester lanyards are not the only two type in the market. There are also zip lanyard, tube lanyards, cotton and many other types of lanyards made of other materials.
